Jay Wiener, Founder
Jay Wiener is the founder of CorTechs. He has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology field as a manager and software engineer. Mr. Wiener provides strategic direction and customer assurance to ensure CorTechs continues to exceed customer expectations. Prior to founding CorTechs in 1997, Mr. Wiener served as the head of Federal, State and Local Government Services for Texas Instruments Software where he was responsible for running a $30M+ professional services organization for the leading vendor of integrated, automated CASE tools.
Dick Blom, President
Dick Blom as President of CorTechs is responsible for all operational aspects of CorTechs’ Contracts and Initiatives and for the profitable growth of the organization. He has over 25 years of experience in the management of software development and high technology operations. Prior to joining CorTechs, Mr. Blom was responsible for the startup, growth and management of process oriented multi-million dollar business units for several IT services companies including 20 years at CACI.
Eleanor Hoskinson, Chief Administrative Officer
Eleanor Hoskinson is the Chief Administrative Officer and Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the company. Ms. Hoskinson has over 20 years’ experience in business administration and operations. Ms. Hoskinson leads the administrative areas for CorTechs and is in charge of business processes and internal procedures, along with oversight of Finance, Human Resources, Contracts, Facilities and Security.
Robert Linton, Vice President – Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Robert Linton has over 30 years of experience in IT and is a founding member of CorTechs. In his role of Senior Managing Partner, Mr. Linton is responsible for all aspects of managing the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) business area for CorTechs, as well as our field office in Palm Coast, FL. Prior to joining CorTechs, Mr. Linton served as a senior software engineer for several companies, including Texas Instruments Software and Seer Technologies.
Larry Schink, Sr. Managing Partner
Larry Schink, in his role as a Senior Managing Partner, is responsible for leading the Service Management and CA Solutions business area within CorTechs, as well as our field office in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining CorTechs in 2003, Mr. Schink was responsible for managing the regional IT services practices for both Computer Associates and Sterling Software.
Ben Walker, Vice President, PMP
Ben Walker has over 20 years of experience in information technology, with domain expertise in government health care and financial systems. As a Vice President for CorTechs, Mr. Walker performs account and project management and provides expert consulting and technical leadership in the areas of legacy modernization, automated and model-based software development, and systems integration. Prior to joining CorTechs in 1998, Mr. Walker was a Practice Manager for MTW and Syntel Inc. where he was responsible for business development, marketing, and the recruiting, training, engagement, and management of IT consultants and software developers.’
